Dynamo defender Vitaliy Fedoriv has sighed a contract with FC Amkar Perm.
The 21-year-old left-back joined the Perm-based club on loan in August 2008. He quickly became a first-team regular and appeared in twelve league matches for the Russian team this season. His solid defensive work also contributed to the club's fourth Premier Division place.
